Mojito Jeep Gets Grid Off Road GD3 WheelsThe Mojito Jeep gets a fresh set of aftermarket wheels! Since the moment we placed the order for our Mojito! Jeep JL, Kim and I began scouring the internet looking for the perfect set of wheels.  Coming from more of a sports car background, bigger wheels are always better... We had to decide what was the optimal size for the look we wanted while still being usable off road.  In the end, we picked up a set of 20x9 Grid Offroad GD03 Gloss Black Wheels and a set of BF Goodrich All-Terrain T/A K02'S 325/60/20's.  We love the look of the GD3's and the fact that we had not seen than on any other JL's yet.  So we ordered up a set and mounted them on our JL Rubicon. We weighed the stock Rubicon Wheels and Tires at 76lbs each and the new setup weighed in at 110 lbs! We also show off our Arc Off Road Jeep Door Hangers. Jeep JL Dash Panel RemovalFor Christmas this year, I got Kim just what she has been wanting.... JEEP PARTS!  Since we picked up our Mojito Jeep Rubicon, we were disappointed that for some reason Jeep decided that the Red Rubicon Dash Panels didn't go in the Mojito, Punk'n, and Hella Yellow colored JL Wranglers.  We had been told that our Rubicon would come with it, but sadly it didn't.  I tried to convince Kim to let me wrap our dash pieces, but the factory Matte Red Dash coloring was too perfect and would have been hard to copy.  So for Christmas this year, Kim finally got her wish!  I picked up the factory dash panels from our local Jeep dealership for about $300.  Since there was very little information about the removal process for this project, we took the time to put together a nice how to video for removing and installing the Jeep JL Dash Panels... Check it out:

Mojito Jeep Wrangler JL Freedom Top RemovalIf you're like Kim and I, one of the first things we couldn't wait to do when we picked up our 2018 Mojito Jeep JL Wrangler was remove the Freedom Tops.  In fact, we removed them before even driving off the dealership lot! Our first time removing them was a bit clumsy, and figuring out the storage bag was even more confusing. So we thought we would have Kim share some tips and pointers on how to remove the tops and properly place them in the storage bag.  We love working on our Jeep and bringing you fresh content so be sure to follow us on Instagram (@MojitoJeep) and tell us what other video's you would like to see us make!

Mojito Grinch Steals Christmas - Jeep JLWe recently planned an epic Christmas themed photoshoot with the Mojito Jeep.  For the shoot we enlisted the amazing photographers Joanna and Ryan from JR Photon Photography.  Kim and I decked out the Jeep with all sorts of Christmas lights, the standard wreath on the spare tire, and we topped it off by removing the Jeep roof and mounting a real tree on top of our Alien Sunshade!  And yes, we drove around this way in 30 degree Chicago weather!  Hit the link to check out the full photoshoot and our video showing the Grinch trying to steal our Christmas!  The YouTube Video is set to Premiere on our Channel at 7pm CST on Sunday, December 17th, 2018. Hit the link to see the shoot and check out the video:
