Samantha Lee, aka @SamboSaurusRexx, is fairly new to the automotive scene. In fact, this photoshoot was her very first automotive shoot! She was lucky enough to have long time ShockerRacing photographer, Chromalusion Photography, behind the camera for her first time. Sam joined Chromalusion Photography at the spring WannaGoFast Half Mile racing event in Georgia this past Spring and was given the opportunity to pose with a Cadillac CTS-V nicknamed, Insubordination. Brian Landfried, the CTS-V owner, told us he doesn't follow orders well, hence the Cadillac's nickname, Insubordination.

Even though the 26 year old, North Carolina resident tells us that she is new to the car scene she has damn good taste in cars. Her dream cars are either a 1965 Mustang or a Porsche 550 Spyder like James Dean's "Little Bastard." Two iconic and amazing pieces of Automotive History. When ShockerRacing asked her about her favorite Fast and Furious film she responded with blasphemy... "None, I am not a fan" was Samantha's response! She followed up by telling us that she isn't a fan Paul Walker or a Vin Diesel kind of girl... but more of a Johnny Depp girl... We'll work on this, there is still hope with her!

Brian's CTS-V isn't just another pretty V Coupe. This 2011 Caddy makes some serious power through it's automatic transmission. In its previous form, Insubordination held the stock bottom end record for about a year with a 9.56 quarter mile time in a full weight car with a stock trans, rear end, and axles. Last winter, the car went to the Cadillac Showdown in Orlando and cracked off a 9.20 quarter mile time at 154mph! The car also ran a best of 176mph at the Chicago WannaGoFast Half Mile event.

Over the last few months, Brian has been working with Vengeance Racing to take Insubordination to the next level. A complete new motor set up is in the works and in just a few weeks it's new heart will beat again.
